Position Overview: Groundskeeper & Gardener

Schedule : Full time position/ Monday thru Friday-8am to 6pm, during the summer and on certain days schedule will shift to start earlier and finish earlier.

A Valid Georgia Driver’s License is required.

We are looking for applicants with the following skills and abilities:

• 3 years landscaping or related experience
• LABOR IS REQUIRED.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Be knowledgeable in ornamental plant material, identifications, care and turf inspection
• Be extremely detail oriented with very good organization skills
• Strong communication skills. Applicants will be in contact with clients and suppliers and must represent the company brand
• Strong team-building skills. A positive team environment is paramount to our success and a cornerstone of our company philosophy
• Be FLEXIBLE and able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude
• Be focused and willing to take initiatives that will benefit the client and the Company.
• Must be able to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
• Must be able to lift 50 lb bag
• Bi-lingual in English / Spanish preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assist in the management & maintenance of physical structures and plant material for studio greenhouses and small company nursery
• Maintain landscape maintenance equipment
• Assist with maintenance of company vehicles
• Assist with sourcing/pick up of materials from vendors for garden, greenhouse, and floral production.
• Perform detailed maintenance of studio grounds, company properties, and client gardens/properties. Ensure that maintenance is conducted in appropriate time frame and adheres to pre-established quality expectations
• Assist with the harvesting and processing of foliage/floral products to support floral production team
• Provide support for greenhouse and floral departments
• Assist with client installs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
